Killian EquiTrace Foal

Killian Gaffney

Chief Executive Officer

Killian joined EquiTrace as CEO in October 2022. Having previously worked in the pharmaceutical industry for ten years, Killian combines his business skills with his passion for horses.

Killian is leading EquiTrace on this exciting growth journey as we bring technology solutions to the Equine Industry.


Dr Kevin Corley BVM&S PhD DACVIM DACVECC

Chief Product Officer

Dr. Corley graduated from Edinburgh University, completed an internship and PhD at the RVC London and a residency at Marion DuPont Equine Medical Centre. Kevin is an internationally acclaimed equine medicine and critical care specialist, veterinarians and pharmaceutical companies globally consult Kevin. 

Kevin is one of the founders of EquiTrace and has been producing apps for veterinarians for over a decade.

Jennifer Corley BVMS MRCVS

Chief Scientific Officer

Jennifer graduated from Glasgow University and completed an internship in large animal medicine at the WCVM in Saskatoon and a Thouron Scholarship at the New Bolton Centre in Pennsylvania. Jennifer completed her residency in surgery at the Royal Veterinary College in London.  

Jennifer is co-editor of the popular reference book, The Equine Hospital Manual and has published many papers on racing injuries and colic.

Kelsie Bricker

Kelsie Bricker

Business Development Manager - KY

Kelsie graduated from Otterbein University, Westerville, Ohio, in 2015 with a BA in Business Administration. While in college, Kelsie competed at the Intercollegiate level of Equestrian sports, securing a National title in 2015.  Kelsie has also competed in the FEI levels of Eventing and secured her bronze medal in Dressage.  

She has a diverse background ranging from working in the Financial Services industry to nearly every facet of the Equine industry. Kelsie enjoys spending quality time with her husband, Chris and their dogs outside of work. She is also active in riding and competing with her horse.  She and Chris also run their Thoroughbred Pinhooking business.


Christine O'Donnell

Sales & Marketing Executive

Christine graduated from Maynooth University with a degree in Equine Business, and she then continued her studies at Maynooth University. She graduated with a master’s degree in strategic marketing in 2021. Christine joined EquiTrace in 2022 as a sales and marketing executive and was among the first team members to launch EquiTrace.

Christine enjoys competing on her event horses. Christine successfully competed for Ireland four times, including the European Championships for Young Riders in 2018 and 2019. She also competed at the World Young Horse Championships in 2018 and 2022.

Lorna Moore

Customer Success Manager

Lorna graduated from Athlone Institute of Technology with an honours degree in Bioveterinary Science in 2019. Lorna comes from a thoroughbred breeding background and has worked for Barronstown Stud for several years. Lorna has worked in the pharmaceutical industry before joining the team. Lorna started with EquiTrace in 2023 and loves meeting new clients, helping them set up, and using EquiTrace.

Outside of work, Lorna enjoys attending the races and sales in Ireland.


Sheri Graham

Business Development Manager

Sheri has a wealth of experience in the equine sector.  Sheri moved to New York and ran a large feed company at Belmont Park. Sheri was the official nutritional advisor to the 2023 Kentucky Derby winner. Still wanting to help horses and horsemen, she has spent the last couple of years working with the nutrition faucet and introducing the trainers to innovative technology devices that could give them a better internal view of their horse's fitness.  

Outside work, she enjoys working out, performing karaoke, plants, and gardening. Sheri is also a true foodie, seeking beautiful food everywhere she goes, with an affinity for Asian cuisine. When not busy with racing or travelling for work, she enjoys quiet time at home with her two dogs.

Dr Paul Hayton

Chief Technical Officer

Paul is an expert in building state-of-the-art engineering solutions including a system to detect breast cancer and a monitoring system for jet engines. Previously Paul was CTO to AIM-listed Location Sciences, head of engineering and co-founder of Ad-X Tracking, and development lead at Criteo. Paul has been with EquiTrace from its inception and manages the day to day strategic development of the app.

Adrian Mullally

Senior Software Developer

Adrian has over a decade of experience in software engineering in multiple industries, including fintech, aerospace and the fire service industry. He graduated from NUI Galway with a B.Eng in Electronic and Computer Engineering and an MSc in Enterprise Applications Development from the LYIT. After working on UI Automation testing, he moved into web application development, but quickly found his passion for mobile development. He has worked on various applications in multiple languages for both iOS and Android.

Mitzie Day

Quality Assurance Tester

Mitzie is a certified ISTQB Agile Tester who started out in database administration and development before she found her niche in software testing very early on in her career. Over the last 20+ years, Mitzie has worked as a tester in the United Kingdom, China, Netherlands and South Africa before settling down in Ireland. With this experience across various industries, countries and cultures, Mitzie is able to apply a strong foundation and sound principles to immediately add value to any team she works with. She is passionate about product quality and especially the role that quality assurance plays in every step of the product life cycle, from an initial concept to the customer experience.

Áine is an accredited coach, holder of an IoD Dip, has been named one of the Top 30 Irish Women in Technology 2021 and sits on the boards of Technology Ireland and the Irish Writers Centre. Since the acquisition her global B2B SaaS company Altify, our chair Áine has been a long-standing supporter of female innovation serving as a mentor in the KPMG supported, Enterprise Ireland Continuing the Momentum program

Dr Bryan Waldridge

DVM MS Dipl ABVP ACVIM

Dr Waldridge has extensive experience advising on the correct use of medication in competition animals. A treating veterinarian at the Atlanta Olympic games, regulatory veterinarian at the 2015 Breeders cup working in some of the most prestigious practices. Dr Waldridge has special interest in internal medicine and clinical pathology and is an EquiTrace consultant helping to keep ensuring all suggested withdrawal times for competition up to date.
