Once you’ve uploaded your horses, created an EventPass, scan it at the show office when you get to HITS!

Sign Up for an EventPass account, once you’re registered make sure you verify your email.
Once your email is verified you can then link your USEF account to EquiTrace. This will allow you to import as many horses as you need to get set up for EventPass.
If your horse is not in your USEF account you can manually add a new horse to EquiTrace.
Once your horses are in your account you’re ready to start uploading your health papers!
This is the exciting step to make your life easier!
With EventPass, you upload your horse health documents once! Once the documents are uploaded you don’t have to upload them again until they expire.
We even send a reminder to you before they expire so you can keep on top of when your Coggins or vaccinations are due.
When a document has been verified you can create an EventPass for multiple shows in a few clicks!
EquiTrace is The Official Supplier of Verified Horse Health Records of US Equestrian.
What does that mean for you? We integrate directly with USEF so you can import your horses directly into EquiTrace.
You can always re-fresh and upload more horses whenever you need to, just head back to update your USEF account link to EventPass.

Upload all of your files in the easy document uploader and we do the rest. You won’t have to upload these documents again, saving you time!
When you upload a document, our platform reads all the information and processes it. It will detect what diseases your horse vaccinations are preventing, as well as the administered and expiry dates.
When you upload a Coggins, it processes the date the blood sample was taken and with a negative result, calculates the expiry date.
You do this step once and then you’re good to show!
When all your documents are approved for each of your horses, you’re ready to create an EventPass.
Select the show you wish to attend, select the date you want that horse to arrive.
Click Save and you’re done!
You can repeat this process for as many shows as you need. Showing at mutliple venues? Just create a new pass for that venue!
When you get to the horse show and head to the show office, there is no need to bring your health papers with you.
Simply arrive at the show office and get your EventPass scanned by one of the team in the show office.
This is all you need to do! You’re good to show now for circuit and can create a new EventPass for any other venues.
When you use EventPass, you automatically get expiry notifications two weeks before their expiration date.
You’ll know in plenty of time what horse needs a vaccination or a Coggins test, and this is to help you stay on top of all your health documents.
