Data on the identification of horses is transmitted to the App from our website and servers. This includes microchip number, name, breeding, sex and colour and is collected to allow correct identification of horses. When an EventPass is scanned, horse information may be displayed to ensure that the documentation belongs to the horses being admitted into the show.
EventPass by EquiTrace User Data
The app requires you to enter your email and password on first use to connect you to your account. This connects you to your account, set up on our website. No other personal data is entered in the App, or collected by us through the App.
Users can ask for their information to be removed from our systems at any time, by emailingequitrace@equitrace.app
Deleting your Data
You can request that your email and any other personal data you may have entered in any of our systems is deleted from our database by emailing equitrace@equitrace.app
