Killian Gaffney


Killian graduated in Equine Sport Science from the University of the West of England and quickly built a career in the pharmaceutical industry across European and Multinational companies. Killian has held senior positions within high-growth organisations and now joins Equitrace as CEO.

Having lived abroad for over 10 years, Killian moved back to Ireland in 2018 and most recently ran the global animal health business for Chanelle Pharma. Killian has a strong passion for sales, marketing and business operations and brings this key skillset to make EquiTrace the global market leader of tracking and tracing horse health.
Killian is passionate about the equine industry and uses his own experience as a horse owner and competitor.

Jennifer Corley

Jennifer Corley



A graduate of Glasgow University, Jennifer completed an internship in large animal medicine in Saskatoon, Canada, then trained as a specialist Equine Surgeon at the University of Pennsylvania as a Thouron Scholar. She spent three years as a resident surgeon at the Royal Veterinary College (RVC) in London, has published many papers on equine surgery and is co-editor of the popular reference book, The Equine Hospital Manual. Jennifer is passionate about improving efficiency and believes comprehensive, easy systems for medical records result in better data and improved horse welfare.

Kevin Corley

An internationally-acclaimed specialist in equine medicine and critical care, Kevin is consulted by veterinarians and pharmaceutical companies worldwide. He has served on international professional bodies such as the American College of Veterinary Emergency and Critical Care (ACVECC) and is consulted as an expert witness in several different jurisdictions. Dr Corley graduated from Edinburgh University, completed an internship and PhD at the Royal Veterinary College (RVC) London, a residency at the Marion DuPont Equine Medical Center in Virginia, USA and was on faculty at the RVC.

Dr Paul Hayton

Paul is an expert in building state-of-the-art engineering solutions including a system to detect breast cancer and a monitoring system for jet engines. Previously Paul was CTO to AIM-listed Location Sciences, head of engineering and co-founder of Ad-X Tracking, and development lead at Criteo.

Bryan Waldridge

Dr Bryan Waldridge

Consultant on Medicines


Dr Waldridge has extensive experience advising on the correct use of medication in competition animals. A treating veterinarian at the Atlanta Olympic games, regulatory veterinarian at the 2015 Breeders cup working in some of the most prestigious pract. Dr Waldridge has special interest in internal medicine and clinical pathology and is an EquiTrace consultant helping to keep ensuring all suggested withdrawal times for competition up to date.

Adrian Mullally

Adrian has over a decade of experience in software engineering in multiple industries, including fintech, aerospace and the fire service industry. He graduated from NUI Galway with a B.Eng in Electronic and Computer Engineering and an MSc in Enterprise Applications Development from the LYIT. After working on UI Automation testing, he moved into web application development, but quickly found his passion for mobile development. He has worked on various applications in multiple languages for both iOS and Android.

Mark White

Mark received a bachelor’s in Equine Science from Colorado State University. Mark is a lifelong horseman who spent his youth competing in Arabian endurance racing and working with A Circuit hunter/jumpers. For ten years, he managed major Kentucky Thoroughbred breeding farms managing mares, yearlings, and sales. During that period, he worked with some of the industries top sires, producers, and runners.  He was fortunate to foal Super Saver, 2010 Kentucky Derby winner and assisted in the transition of horse of the year Rachel Alexandra from racehorse to broodmare. Mark spent years working in equine veterinary pharmaceutical sales, then advertising sales for The Horse media group, an AAEP media partner. Mark is passionate about advances in equine healthcare and technology. While in college, he formed a company with a group of entrepreneurs who transferred horses’ health information to smart cards for the Tri-National Animal Identification project. After leaving publishing, he started his own business as the US distributor of the intra-articular veterinary joint injection Arthramid Vet.  He then accepted the position as national sales manager for Parasight System, makers of an automated veterinary fecal egg count system before joining the EquiTrace team.

Mitzie is a certified ISTQB Agile Tester who started out in database administration and development before she found her niche in software testing very early on in her career. Over the last 20+ years, Mitzie has worked as a tester in the United Kingdom, China, Netherlands and South Africa before settling down in Ireland. With this experience across various industries, countries and cultures, Mitzie is able to apply a strong foundation and sound principles to immediately add value to any team she works with. She is passionate about product quality and especially the role that quality assurance plays in every step of the product life cycle, from an initial concept to the customer experience.

Christine O'Donnell

Christine completed her undergraduate degree in Equine Business in Maynooth University and then continued her studies with a master’s degree in Strategic Marketing.

Christine has several years of experience in both the Sport Horse industry and Thoroughbred industry. Having been selected to represent her country at European Championship level 3 times and competed at a World Championship, worked at numerous bloodstock and sport horse sales and worked hands on within the industry, Christine brings an understanding as both an owner and rider of horses to the organisation. She has grown up surrounded by horses and is passionate about clean sport and welfare. Christine has worked in Horse Sport Ireland the national governing body in the Marketing department prior to joining the EquiTrace team.

Fionnuala Corrigan

 Fionnuala joins us from a wide ranging background in all areas of workplace management including extensive experience in HR Operations, transformation & improvement initiatives and people management.

Having worked with both large and medium sized corporations, Fionnuala brings a wealth of experience with her as she has worked closely with Regulators in many different industries including EASA, HPRA and the CBI. She is passionate about supporting workplace health, wellbeing and ethical leadership. We are very much looking forward to working with Fionnuala as we grow our company.
